Can I pay by direct debit without German or Austrian ID card as well?
No problem. In that case you can become a NetDebit customer by first registering for a one-time fee of 2.95 € only: "Become a customer". After transmission of a valid identification document by email or telefax we enable your customer account so that you are able to pay via NetDebit.
