If you have problems with access to websites billed by NetDebit, this might be caused by the used software, e.g. an operating system other than Microsoft Windows (at least Windows XP) or a browser other than Microsoft Internet Explorer.
If you are an AOL customer don't use the AOL browser, please use Microsoft’s Internet Explorer instead.
Alternatively you can use the Mozilla Firefox web browser when having problems. This one can be downloaded for free.
